Gravity Roller Curve Conveyor

1-3/8 Inch Diameter x 18 Gauge Rollers

Gravity Roller Curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors.  Curves provide smooth product flow through turns.  Curves will convey product with a minimum amount of pitch based on weight and size.  Optional guard rails may be added for product protection.

Specifications:

Powder Painted Formed Steel Frames: 2-1/2 in . Deep x 1 in. x 12 Gauge with Bolt-In Cross Members.

Butt Couplings at Both Ends of Curve

Rollers are 1-3/8 in. Diameter x 18 Gauge Galvanized Steel.  Spring Loaded Axle Allows Roller to be Easily Removed and Inserted.

Frame Load Capacity - Maximum Distributed Live Load Per Foot: 31 lbs. for 10 ft. Support Centers and 250 lbs. for 5 ft. Support Centers.

Roller Capacity: 45 lbs. Per Roller (Not to Exceed Frame Capacity) 

Conveyors are less floor supports.  Order LS Type Supports for this curve.
